The signed monthly license, explained
Every month the app receives an Ed25519-signed key with plan and expiry. Your access key stays the same, so agents keep working.
With the Free, Max, Pro and Team plans comes this month's key: a signed license the app receives automatically.
What's inside
- Plan (Free, Max, Pro or Team) and hours per day.
- Number of devices and, for Team, seats.
- Period (
YYYY-MM) and expiry: end of month plus 48 hours of grace.
It is signed with Ed25519. The app and the local gateway verify it with the public key alone, even offline.
What doesn't change
The app's personal access key stays the same: agents, MCP and sessions keep working. The license is a separate document that renews by itself.
How time is counted
- Time runs only while the app is open and connected.
- With several devices open at once, it is counted only once.
- The counter lives on the server and resets at midnight (Rome time).
At the limit no new sessions start, the local gateway stops and running cloud sessions are shut down.
Payments
Max, Pro and Team activate when Stripe confirms the invoice with a signed webhook, for both monthly and yearly billing. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then you go back to Free. During the Pro trial the key expires with the trial.
